1. Acceptance
By accessing Clara Design's website, working with Clara Design, or using Creative OS tools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
Clara Design provides brand strategy, design, art direction, web, campaign, creative engineering, and related studio services. Specific deliverables, timing, fees, and ownership terms are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
Website content, pricing, examples, and product descriptions may change. Public site content does not create a project commitment unless confirmed in writing.
3. Creative OS
Creative OS is an internal and experimental creative workflow system used to support intake, research, taste calibration, reference hunting, moodboarding, and handoff preparation. Creative OS may create concept drafts, route options, AI-generated exploratory material, and research artifacts.
Creative OS outputs are working materials unless expressly approved as final deliverables. We review and curate final work before handoff.
4. Third-Party Services
Clara Design may use third-party tools and APIs such as hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, Figma, Pinterest, payment providers, storage services, and collaboration software. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.
Pinterest-connected workflows are used for authorized taste discovery, source planning, and research. Unresolved Pinterest Pins, thumbnails, search pages, and boards are not treated as final production assets or verified references by default.
5. Content, References, and AI
You are responsible for having the rights to materials you provide to Clara Design. Clara Design may use those materials to perform the requested services and prepare working files, references, concepts, mockups, and handoffs.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, similarities, artifacts, or rights issues and must be reviewed before use. Third-party reference material is used for research, critique, and direction unless separately licensed or cleared.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services to:
- Violate laws, rights, platform terms, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
- Misrepresent ownership, source, approval, endorsement, or provenance of creative material.
- Use Creative OS outputs as final work without appropriate review and clearance.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
Except as stated in a written agreement, services and website materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clara Design disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
